Processing & Delivery Once your order is placed, we will prepare and ship it within our standard processing time. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delayed Shipments We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are at the carrier's discretion.
Lost or Missing Packages We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or others at your address
- Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
- Filing a claim with the carrier
No Refunds for Shipping Issues We do not offer refunds or replacements for delayed, lost, or missing packages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
